Step 1 - Cut Fabric
Cut of fabric pieces per pattern instructions.
Step 2 – Assembly, ¼ seam allowance
Select an overcasting stitch to sew. (An overcasting stitch can be used to finish the edge of your fabric and simply give more detail.) Take one pair of fabric and stitch around three sides leaving the bottom side open. Repeat for the second and third pairs of fabric pieces. Pile the 3 pairs of fabric on top of each other and straight stitch vertically down the center.
Step 3 – Stuff and Finishing Touches
-Stuff pockets with poly fill from the open botton side until the desired shape.
-Add optional décor to mimic the needles and flowers of a real cactus.
