Let it Snow by Cherry Guidry
I love the traditional reds and greens of Christmas, and Let It Snow, my new fabric collection for Contempo introduced at Fall Quilt Market, is filled with bright reds and greens, a little touch of grey, happy snowmen, yummy cookies, ornaments, words, and several coordinating prints that will work well beyond the holidays.
The collection's panel features an elegant snowman, perfect for a quick to kit and make project for winter.
I have designed four coordinating patterns for Let It Snow, two commercial and two free. Holly Jolly (CB137), a countdown to Christmas with twenty-five holiday designs, can be fused or hand appliqued and includes directions for the quilt and three bonus projects: a runner, pillow, and table topper. An easy to follow all color pattern comes with full size layouts diagrams, reversed templates, plus the download code for the SVGs and a fabric prep guide to cut the appliques with your favorite electronic cutting machine. Holly Jolly is also available for In-the-Hoop (CB137ME) machine embroidery for the twenty-five appliques and includes a blanket or satin stitch finished edge for all the designs in the following formats: ART, DST, EXP, HUS, PCS, PES, SEW, SHV, VIP, VP3, XXX.
I love buttons, especially Just Another Button Company's! They've created a new pack for Holly Jolly with little carrots, peppermints, stars, and lots of tiny buttons perfect for the snowmen in the quilt! New button pack Cherry Blossom Holly Jolly (JABC10322).
Favorite prints in the collection? Well, it's hard to choose, but really enjoyed working with the red and grey hounds tooth prints in Christmas Blossom (CB138), a modern appliqued quilt that can be can be fused or hand appliqued, with no curved piecing, instead, the "petals" are appliqued making it easy to match the points and create "perfect circles! The pattern includes directions for the quilt and two bonus projects: a runner and a large 24" pillow, plus the download code for the SVGs and a fabric prep guide to cut the appliques with your favorite electronic cutting machine.
The third pattern, Let It Snow, is a free pattern made with the panel and a few additional prints:
Merry is also a free pattern and made with a 10" squares pack plus a few background, sashing, border, and binding prints... super easy!
Both of these patterns will be available as downloads on my website in April 2018 when the fabric ships to stores.
The adorable little dresses feature embroidery designs in Let It Snow and were designed by a dear friend... patterns will be available early next year.
The beautiful tuffet was made by Tuffet Source.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read about Let It Snow!

It has been simply incredibly generous with you to provide openly what exactly many individuals would’ve marketed for an ebook to end up making some cash for their end, primarily given that you could have tried it in the event you wanted.
