No Hats in the House

Brewer is excited to feature the story behind Folksy Fish by No Hats in the House, written by Sarah Elizabeth and to have her as our guest blogger.

For those of you who keep up with me on IG, these fish aren't exactly news.  Over the past year and a half, I've been piecing together an arsenal of scandinavian-inspired fish.

It all started with a bit of oakshott and some scraps from my friend Heather of Crimson Tate's first fabric line, Succulents.

And then I ventured into Doe territory…

On to my itty bitty scrap packs of Karen Lewis Textiles...

And of course I couldn't resist digging into my Liberty lawns...

Neons...

Or capping them off with a cheeky bit of cotton + steel (you know, the catfish).

Before long, the question became, when to stop? ;o)  A few more fishies later and suddenly I had enough for a little ocean.

And after sewing the first batch, I couldn’t wait for the next.  So most recently, I decided to stitch up a quote-unquote modern t-shirt quilt… a school of sports jersey fish, breaking out from the crowd.

As for these little fish, if you'd care to sew a school of your own, all nine designs are included in my foundation paper pieced Folksy Fish pattern.

And of course, the bonus no.9 balluga (not to be confused with beluga):

Unlike the various other free techniques provided right here, the booster pack or the card reward are opened! They provided one more free pokemon tcgo codes however regrettably I attempted to redeem them as well as they both currently struck the limitation.
