Back to School!
Next month kids start heading back to school and they’ll soon get into the swing of school activities, including sports. That makes now a perfect time to offer classes and demos featuring projects promoting school spirit!
Imagine a fabulous fabric flower created in school colors! They’d be perfect for cheer and dance squads, whether worn as corsages or as embellishments on headbands or shoes. How about a scarf sporting school colors? Maybe a stylish top or jacket to wear to the big game! Perhaps a spirited “Go Team” quilted banner that can be used year after year! You could also embroider the school’s initial on a shirt, scarf, bag, and a number of other items.
Speaking of bags, how about a nice tote in school colors to show loyalty? They’d be perfect for football games on those chilly fall evenings to carry an extra layer of clothing or a blanket and seat cushion. In fact, a customized seat cushion in school colors and sporting the school’s initial would be perfect!
Offer classes with project kids would enjoy making and give them something fun to do as their summer vacation winds down. Invite parents to join in the fun, too. Get kids excited about going back to school and you might just create some life-long customers!
